Meet Robb Wagner
Founder, Stimulated-Inc.

The idea got bigger.
Someone had to figure out how to deliver it.
That’s been the job for twenty years.
Work with Robb
With Roots as an Experiential Media Artist
Robb Wagner makes the most ambitious ideas work live. He earned his Directors Guild membership as a live Associate Television Director before being asked by MTV in 2004 to oversee fifty video screens at the MTV Video Music Awards — an experience that led him to found Stimulated-Inc. in 2005.

Early MTV Work (circa 2005)
Rejecting the Idea of Screens as Scenery
Robb turned screens into extensions of performance — a shift that carried from television into concerts, films, and immersive environments for artists and brands worldwide. From Disney concert films to a 3D Michael Jackson experience and dozens of cruise-ship productions, he became the partner who said yes to projects with no precedent. Working alongside creative leaders like Kenny Ortega, Michael Jackson, and Spike Jonze — he learned what it takes to defend creative vision.

Michael Jackson’s This Is It
Protecting Creative Vision Across Global Paradigm Shifts
After the Great Recession reshaped the industry, Robb developed a radical hybrid model for media execution. At its core is a counterintuitive belief: creativity and execution are separate functions. Creative thinking must be protected. Execution must be structured. When those roles blur, vision erodes and teams burn out. This philosophy became The Stimulated Method — the method that powers Nodes.

Immersive Cruise Line Entertainment (2026)
Two decades in. The ideas keep getting bigger.
Robb works best with strong creatives — because he believes strong vision is worth defending. He continues to redesign how high-stakes experiential media is executed, so bold ideas get delivered the way they were imagined.
